At KESH, we invite you into a calm and present community where you can land, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. The meditations are gentle, accessible, and suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This is not about performance — it is about presence, clarity, and inner balance.
Heartfulness Meditation
Our sessions are based on Heartfulness Meditation, a heart-based practice with roots in India. Heartfulness offers simple techniques for relaxation and inner depth, helping you create greater mental clarity and a sense of lightness in the body.
In a world filled with impressions, pace, and expectations, Heartfulness can be a kind and supportive tool for bringing calm and balance into your daily life. The method is gentle, intuitive, and accessible to everyone — regardless of experience.
Meditations at KESH are held in English, and we welcome often international guests.

Our meditation community is free and open to all. Each session is an opportunity to release tension, create mental clarity, and meet your day or evening from a more peaceful place.
You’re welcome to join us for meditation at these times:
Tuesdays at 19:00
Fridays at 07:30
No registration is needed but we wish you’ll sign up by using the signup form below ♥︎

Frederikke as a Teacher
Frederikke has practiced meditation for over 20 years and teaches with a deep understanding of presence and human development. Her teaching style is calm and authentic, creating a safe and welcoming space where everyone can participate — also in English.
